He is involved in various business and civic organizations such as the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Cold Chain Association of the Philippines, and the Rotary Club of San Francisco del Monte. He is also a strong advocate of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Jerry is a deeply religious person and, believing that faith derives meaning from action, has been active in local Church and diocesan activities and fraternal organizations such as the Knights of Columbus.
He is married to Ruby Eleazar and has 4 children Joel Ryan, Patrick Joseph, Patricia Ysabel and Camille Joyce and 1 grandchild Emilia Maria.
