Coolaire Consolidated Inc. recently helped to sponsor the Karunungang Pangkabuhayan Pangkababaihan project of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aiming to empower 150 women with haircutting and styling skills, along with education on the significance of RA 1148 Kalusugan at Nutrisyon ng Mag-Nanay Act and free tuberculosis screening for seniors and individuals aged 50 and above. This was held on April 23 at Bagong Silang, Caloocan.
Together with Coolaire, the project was supported by various other organizations and attended by prominent personalities in the business sector and ambassadors, marking a significant step towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 1 No Poverty, 2 Zero Hunger, 3 Good Health and Well Being, 5 Gender Equality, 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth, 10 Reduced Inequalities and 17 Partnership for the Goals.
